Meet Me

My name is Andrew Estrada. I have been a full-time registered nurse for 8 years now, specializing in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery. My passion has always been to bless people!
After experiencing financial hardships of my own, I reflect on many times where I wished there was a "way out."
The lottery seems unfeasible and I don't gamble... Asking people for money and support feels incredibly selfish and impossible...
So what does someone do when they feel stuck, short of hoping and praying for a miracle?
This is exactly why I have become a real estate wholesaler - to help regular people just like me.

How can I help?

My main goal is to help you find the best way to sell your house. There are real estate wholesalers across the nation who want to hook you with an offer that sounds perfect. But, they lock you into a contract and try to get the most money they can from the deal you make with them.I have no interest in locking you in.I may or may not be your best option to sell your home, and I want to help you realize your goals and how to get there. I send homeowners all the time to real estate agents that would better fit their situation. I even have the pleasure of occasionally telling a homeowner the best thing they could do for themselves is to simply wait.Your situation will always look different from your neighbor's, so don't let anyone tell you you have to sell your home a certain way. That simply isn't true.

How it works

1. Reach out
You can call, text, email me, and message me on social media. I make it easy and pressure free for you.
2. We talk
Again, there's no pressure. I usually ask you what you're going through, what your timeline looks like, the condition of the house, and what you'd like to receive for the house.
3. I research the property
I'll take a look at market values for the property as well as market values for projects related to the house. For example, if your deck needs replacing, I'll research the going price for that kind of job.
4. Choose what works best
If it makes sense for both of us, we'll move right ahead with attorney-handled closing. If not, you either leave our conversation with clarity, or I can help connect you with a different selling strategy.

More of me

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, I began my career as a nurse four years after high school. From the very beginning, I always knew I wanted to help people in the worst moments of their lives.Almost immediately, I stumbled into my dream "section" of nursing. I knew I wanted to work in surgery, but I didn't know cardiac surgery was a specialty that was a real thing - suddenly, I became part of a team that was actually saving lives in cardiac, vascular, and lung surgery.I eventually became a travel nurse until I came to Charlotte, North Carolina. This is where I encountered difficult times - I went through a divorce and was suddenly stranded with no family or friends around me, crippling debt, and a continual feeling of dread. The most difficult in all of this was (still is, actually) missing my children. I often wished I could just fall into some miracle. I dreamt of the lottery, an anonymous check covering all my debts... but it never came.Fast forward a few years, I now have a beautiful woman I love, a career that I still enjoy, and my faith in Christ stronger than ever. Through the love of my life, I met my wonderful second family including a man I now consider my third brother who introduced me to real estate. At times it was hard to see the future, but here I am... I am still alive!I may be the nice guy that other businessmen chuckle at because I'm too nice and longwinded. But, my passion to help others has never waivered. Dave Ramsey probably has some motto about not going into business with the emotional motivations like I'm doing, but that is how I want to run this business. I'm so glad that I no longer have days where all I could do was cry and feel frozen in dread. My struggles are still far from over, but I now have the opportunity to bless others who are stuck in a really tight spot like I have been!I may not have all the eloquence and know-how as the guys sending out thousands of postcards and telephone pole advertisements, but my promise to you, the reader, is this: If you call me to sell your home, I will listen and talk with you the way I wished someone would when I was in my darkest moments. My motto is that selling your home is already stressful enough - but you don't have to do it alone!

What are your options?

List it
This option is what most people think of when selling their home. Listing your home on the open market means enlisting the help of a realtor, most likely staging and showing your home, and dealing with closing costs and commissions.
This option will most likely yield the highest amount for your house, but some homeowners don't want to deal with the longer timeline and more complicated process.

Selling as-is
This option is where I specialize in helping homeowners. When selling as-is, that means that the house or property is sold as it stands with no upgrades or updates. It is also sold off-market, which usually means the buyer is an investor and the timeline will be much quicker. Finally, you typically don't work with a realtor, so there are no commissions for you to worry about as the seller.
The biggest "downside" to selling off-market is the house sells for less than when listing. For this reason, even though this route is probably the least stressful and most convenient, selling as-is is not for every seller. For example, if the cash offer is less than what's left on the mortgage, other options may be better for that specific seller.

Renting out
Keeping your property and renting it out to tenants is another great way to make income. This route allows you to have reliable income as long as a tenant lives in the home and pays rent.
The biggest downside here is being a landlord can take a decent amount of time and effort. Furthermore, if you're unable to find or keep a tenant, you cover the mortgage, taxes, and utilities on that house in addition to the home you live in.
